Aké údaje spracúvame a prečo
Kontrolu webu môžete spustiť bez registrácie. Osobné údaje spracúvame len vtedy, keď zadáte e-mail.

Doplní sa pred spustením: obchodné meno, IČO, sídlo.

Čo ukladáme
- Kontrola webu: adresa webu, výsledky kontroly a čas. Ide o údaje o webe, nie o vás. Výsledky môžeme zverejniť v indexe verejných faktov o weboch; odporúčania a plný audit ostávajú súkromné.
- E-mail: ak ho zadáte, uložíme e-mail, ktorej kontroly sa týka, jazyk a to, či ste súhlasili s tipmi o predaji cez AI asistentov.
- Udalosti používania: napríklad „kontrola dokončená“ alebo „záujem o úplný audit“, priradené k číslu kontroly. Neukladáme IP adresy ani nepoužívame cookies na sledovanie.
Prečo a na akom právnom základe
- Zobrazenie celého zoznamu nedostatkov a jedna nová kontrola o 30 dní: plnenie služby, o ktorú ste požiadali (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b GDPR).
- Tipy o predaji cez AI asistentov, najviac dvakrát mesačne: váš súhlas (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a GDPR). Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať odkazom v e-maile alebo na adrese vyššie.
- Ochrana služby pred zneužitím (obmedzenie počtu kontrol): oprávnený záujem (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR).
Ako dlho
E-mail uchovávame, kým súhlas neodvoláte alebo kým nepožiadate o vymazanie, najdlhšie 24 mesiacov od poslednej kontroly. Výsledky kontrol uchovávame 24 mesiacov.
Kto údaje spracúva za nás
Web a databáza bežia na službách Cloudflare, Inc., ktorá pri doručovaní stránky technicky spracúva aj IP adresu. Zoznam ďalších sprostredkovateľov tu doplníme, keď začneme posielať e-maily alebo prijímať platby.
Vaše práva
Máte právo na prístup k údajom, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť a námietku, a právo odvolať súhlas. Napíšte na privacy@idealbusiness.ai. Sťažnosť môžete podať na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

What data we process and why
You can run a website check without signing up. We process personal data only if you enter an email address.

What we store
- Website check: the site's address, the check results and the time. This is data about the website, not about you. We may publish results in an index of public facts about websites; recommendations and the full audit stay private.
- Email: if you enter it, we store the email, the check it belongs to, your language and whether you agreed to tips on selling through AI assistants.
- Usage events: for example "check completed" or "interested in the full audit", linked to the check number. We don't store IP addresses or use tracking cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Showing the full list of issues and one new check after 30 days: providing the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Tips on selling through AI assistants, at most twice a month: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through the link in the email or at the address above.
- Protecting the service from abuse (limits on the number of checks): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
We keep your email until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after your last check. We keep check results for 24 months.
Who processes data for us
The website and database run on Cloudflare, Inc., which also technically processes your IP address to deliver the page. We will list further processors here when we start sending emails or taking payments.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@idealbusiness.ai. You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
